What's the role?

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to come in as one of our very first in-house hires. You’ll work directly with the founder across a handful of exciting clients — running campaigns, shaping strategy, building systems, making things happen.

This isn’t just a hands-on Paid Media role — you’ll also brief creative, help develop funnels, own client comms, report on performance, and contribute to the broader growth of the agency. If you’re ambitious, want to take ownership, and are looking for real progression — we’d love to talk to you.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, running acquisition-focused, lead generation campaigns day-to-day — primarily across Meta Ads with additional activity across other paid media channels.
  • Lead campaign strategy, planning, and execution — working closely with clients and the wider agency team to drive real results
  • Budgets – managing ad accounts with a range of budgets anywhere from £5k per month to £100k+ ad spends.
  • Write clear, actionable briefs for creative, tracking, and landing pages — collaborating with clients, partners, and internal specialists
  • Own performance reporting — track, analyse, and communicate results through our agency reporting framework so clients know exactly what’s working
  • Be client-facing — present strategy with confidence, lead conversations, and act as a key point of contact alongside the Account Director
  • Play an active role in shaping the agency — help build our systems, processes, and culture as we scale
  • Grow with us — this is a role with room to stretch, learn fast, take on more ownership, and build your career as the agency grow
  • Working directly with the founder to help grow the business
  • Jumping into the chaos of a growing agency and helping us build the right systems and processes as we go

You should apply if…

  • Have 1–4 years of paid media experience (agency or brand-side)
  • Demonstrable experience running lead gen campaigns on Meta and TikTok with budgets  up to & over £100k per month (or feel you are ready for this).
  • Strategy & analysis – a clear ability to deeply understand Meta and paid media ad campaigns strategies, performance, and metrics to see the bigger picture of what is working for us and to optimise and make real time decisions on your own
  • Thrive under pressure and stay focused on hitting KPIs and delivering strong performance for clients
  • Are comfortable working across a broad range of industries, audiences, and client types
  • Are a confident communicator who can lead from the front, build trust, and own client relationships
  • Are self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and know how to prioritise and manage your time, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Have a growth mindset — you want to learn, push yourself, and win for your clients and your team
  • Get excited about building something — you’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things change, grow, and improve constantly
  • Are open to occasional travel for client meetings and collaboration
  • Love paid media — seriously, you live and breathe it
  • Want to be part of building something, not just clocking in..
  • Bonus – understand or have experience with PPC Ads – (not essential)
